La Trame

Gentle vibrational therapy to restore vital energy.
What is La Trame?

La Trame is a holistic vibrational method that works on an invisible network of information and energy flowing through the human body, similar to the weave of a fabric.

It aims to release physical, emotional, and energetic blockages to restore the body and mind's natural harmony.

Session Overview

Each session lasts approximately one hour in total. For about 45 minutes, a series of precise and delicate gestures, performed without pressure, are applied to the person who remains comfortably clothed and lying down.

This non-invasive treatment promotes the release of accumulated tension, harmonizes energy flow, and stimulates the body's natural self-healing abilities.

A state of profound relaxation and calm typically follows the session.
